What is Perfect Pairs side bet?

Perfect Pairs pays when your first two cards are the same rank. A mixed-colour pair pays lower odds, a same-colour pair pays mid-range, and an identical pair—same rank and suit—pays the highest multiplier, usually twenty-five to one.

What does 'bet behind' mean?
